30 dec 2007. ping given birth at 12 plus midnight!!

her baby boy has arrived! but today aren't free to go hospital to visit her cos my aunties coming my hse to pray to ancestors and play mj (as usual).

pretty sad. the people are getting lesser and lesser. in the past, we used to have two tables of mj. but now? only one. lesser people. makes the gathering abit pathetic. sigh.. divorced de divorced. sick de sick. oh well.

lucky ah boy is around to liven the atmosphere.

tmr is the last day of 2007. anyway these kinda countdown doesnt really appeal to me as i get older. hahaha!

yo.. the things that i have done ever since i am back from bangkok is to take supplements! yeah.. hope my body can take it! *prays hard*

one holiday after another. no working mood at all. especially now when jes is back.. hahaha!

today is clarissa's one year old bdae celebration. going out at abt 11 plus. well, i treat it as a family gathering, anyway its been long time since i saw ting, aunt justina and linda and all others.

its the new year again, time for resolutions.
my resolutions is to live healthily, i.e. eat supplements, eat more healthy meals, eat fruits after every meal, take up my pilates again or yoga, take up some courses to enrich myself, and to go travelling!!! gosh i am really addicted to flying!!

i went to the various airway websites and realised that going to bangkok in march is pretty cheap, cheaper than jan, feb. thought of bringing my mum there. hahhaa! and nic wants to go with me to bangkok in end may and i worked that out also, its also cheap. hahhaa.. if her exam timetable allows, maybe my may trip would be confirmed.. hahaha..

resting on a saturday after two days of hectic work.

friday night. worked until 8pm. met jp and gang for dinner at fish & co. andrew din turn up. he showed up at the entrance, passed jp our xmas presents and went off! haiz.. we all guessed that he must have a gf or was going to meet a girl. ohh finally he's dating! hahaha!

we finished our dinner at 9 plus and we all headed home. it was a last minute and short meetup... anyway i was too tired.

i miss bangkok. i miss being on the plane. i miss my holiday.

i'm back from bangkok!!

nice trip, nice being on the airplane.. gosh i enjoyed myself, i'm still missing the shopping there.. hahaha!!

friday. we reached around 2pm plus. walked from the hotel to platinum. its a wholesale place and the things there are damn cheap and its air conditioned. but it closes early. then we went to Big-C and isetan area.

saturday. went to chatuchak early in the morning. woo, its really a big place, messy and hot! keep forgeting where we have went to and have not went to. hahaah! started walking ard 8am plus and left at 1pm plus. then we went back to the hotel to put our stuff and proceeded to platinum again. met dgua for dinner. went to suan lum night mkt. thereafter we went for thai massage. the massage was marvellous! well although it was painful and i got a few blue-black on my legs haha!!

sunday. met yp's fren. she brought us to mk restaurant for lunch. its a steamboat lunch buffet and the roasted duck there is super duper nice!! its meat is soft and the sauce.. yummy!!! e taste is soo unforgetable!
spent the whole day going from temples to temples. wat pho temple, wat arun temple, golden mount. had dinner and went to a night market (cant remember the name). walked around and we headed back to the hotel. had difficulty hailing cab and finally we got one! our tailor made clothes had arrived and we were trying on the clothes.

monday. went back to wat pho temple to get the buddha amulet. wanted to go museum but it was a government holiday and thus it was closed. went back to platinum to shop but this time round, we were more organised (i think so though we were a little confused) managed to cover most of the platinum centre. went to siam square for dinner. we had jap food. walked a little and we headed for thai massage.

tuesday. went out early to do our manicure and pedicure. spent the whole morning there. wanted to go back platinum to do some last minute shopping. but it was already late when we finished our manicure and pedicure. and so, we went back to the hotel for our luggage and we were on our way to thailand airport, heading for home!

thailand. a place full of people and cars. the roads are wide. the shopping centres are huge. few street lamps. the wires are all over the place, on the roads and not very high up. people eat food with sugar, peanuts, chili powder and lots of bean sprouts. they are friendly with people who knows their language.

sat. finally weekend, where i can rest and sleep, rest and sleep... hahaha!

next week, i will be in bangkok already, enjoying myself, i hope.

i think hor, i have 出国恐惧症。 pretty scared of travelling overseas, keep thinking of the negative things. sigh

anyway.. e plan is on and everything is booked and paid for.. the ones who ought to know im travelling next week knows it... so ...

im seriously not very excited abt this trip.. dunno why.

just scared of leaving my family behind and leaving the usual things around me.. but then again, its only for 5 days..

guess, i shouldnt think too much..
