End of November

So fast, time flies, Nov 2021 coming to an end.  

Read my blog - enjoyed the 1st week of Nov 2021 with me being on block leave.  Then did a week of WIO.  

And thats it.  Sums up my Nov 2021. 

The year is coming to an end.  And heart feels heavy.  Just when We thought we can enjoy the festive season, a new variant appears and everything becomes unforseen again…. 

Feels like we are back to square one after a long run.

I took the exactly same comfortable car this morning!  Such coincidence!

WIO this week

And yeah, the taxi claims have been extended till 31 Dec.  And so, enjoying the free rides to and fro work.  

A big car this morning.. Comfortable. 

Finally tried this.  The cheapest is $6. 

The taste is so-so.  I didnt really enjoy that much - Not sure if it was because I din have appetite, felt abit nausea.

My 2nd choice of Char Kway Teow when I go AMK.  Queue is shorter and the taste is also good! 

This year, I feel happier because I buy things for other people, instead of getting stuff for myself.

Bought clothes for my mum after a long while.  Bought Kemp a new Iphone.  Bought Dad a new Android TV box, a new bed, and a new 60 inch TV.  And tmr, Keane is coming over and I am buying food for him.  

In particular, I din really get anything for myself for my birthday this year.  I guess thats because I have been buying things all year round. 

Anyway my day was fulfilled, with the day spent at ECP and my heart full with all the wishes. 

Happy Birthday.  May my family and friends whom I love dearly stays healthy and happy. 

May myself stop over thinking over things and stop taking on everybody as my responsibility and have a good night sleep.

Got a few surprises this year… Cakes for me, from my sisters and my RM.  And also, birthday wishes from my big boss, CCL… Omg, seeing his message early in the morning made me nervous more than touched.. Lol.

Happy Birthday to Me

I am someone who dont like to celebrate birthdays.  Dont like to be in the limelight, the centre of attraction.  

Birthdays I prefer to spend by myself. 

Last minute decided to go East Coast Park - long time since I have been there.  I somehow needed the sea, sky and clouds. 

Listening to the sea waves, looking at the wide blue sky and the white clouds is all I  need.  A quiet day, all by myself. 

A cloudy day, not much sun, not too hot.  Just nice.  The sun came out when I was about to leave. 

Thank you for all the comfort. 

Birthday Treat

Woke up this morning - made a last minute decision to go East Coast Park. Packed my bag, bathed and made my way out of the house.  Raining these days in the afternoons so hoped to reach ECP before the rain…. 

But… started drizzling when I reached Parkway Parade, so decided to eat first then hopes the rain stops.  

A treat for myself. 

2nd Day of Block Leave

Went Orchard for facial and eyebrow shaping.  Almost couldnt make it because I was still feeling abit dizzy and din sleep well the night before.  

I went, shopped around and done all that I made appointment for.  

A day to myself.  

1st Day of Block Leave

Went Harvey Norman and bought a new TV for my Dad.  Finally settled but a big hole in my pocket at the end of the month.  

Din check my emails today, only on my Teams to appear offline - so that I dont miss any messages. 

Glad to be on leave.  Not doing work etc.

This year has been a fast and long one.  

All I want… is to have a good sleep.
