Heavy rain this morning.  Wet even at the bus stop. 

WIO day! 

I did it again

Swim like a fish, a slow fish….

自由自在，无忧无虑。

Swimming… Finally resumed today

What a day to resume my swimming. 

I made up my mind yesterday to go swimming early this morning.  But… it rained heavily at about 4am plus and lasted till morning.  Could hear the raindrops in my sleep. 

And so.. it disrupted my morning plans.  Lucky I decided to go around 10.30am and I managed to swim till 11.30am where it started drizzling again.  

I thought my stamina will be quite bad as I have not been exercising for a long time, since last year Sep I think. But eh, stamina not too bad, not as bad as I imagined.

Love the feeling in the water.  Carefree and just concentrating on breathing, wont have the capacity to think and overthink. 

Just glad to resume exercise today. 

Promotion Dinner….. Over

I was looking forward to the dinner… to good food actually. 

The beef was good.. And as usual they had drinks.. alot of drinks. 

As time goes by, I realised I really dont like such dinners.. not good at small talks and feel uncomfortable in such settings. 

越老越难搞。

But then again, I am always a listener, a good listener but not a good talker… And I prefer deep and indepth conversations. 

Labour Day holiday

Spent the last 3 days with my parents after 3 days of WIO duty. 

Today went shopping with Mum.  Tired now, legs aching.
