Blackouts

Encountered 2 blackouts in a week.  1st time was during bathtime before I left for HK.  2nd time was also during bathing when I came back from HK... Sigh. 

The man from Town Council came to repair... Finally replaced the box outside our flat. 

This should be the end of my Blackout story....
