And so...

My new IC was issued on 5 Nov 2012... It was actually ready for collection.... But I received nothing from ICA. 

Anyways... I finally got it today and I recalled what happened in Nov 2012... 

He had helped edit my passport photograph.... And I got a special birthday present from him that year.  But I never got to see or feel anything.  He didnt have a chance to fulfil either.
