Char Kway Teow at Tiong Bahru Market

At Tiong Bahru Market for dinner tonight. 

I admired these elderly manning the stall. They had a queue.  I tried out the char kway teow.  The taste was there although it looked normal.  

Really.  I think we are losing these people and these tastes... 10 years down the road, I dont know if I can still manage to find these really tasty local dishes.  

What a pity.... Cherish it while you can.
