Went to see Louise just.  Picked up Zhiwei's medicine and also see her for myself. 

What she said about me really made me surprised.  She says I am stressed emotionally, depressed, 容易紧张。 

Hence my stomach recurrence and my daily tiredness no matter how early I go to bed... 

How true is that. 

Depressed and 容易紧张。  

Nothing perks me up, no matter how much retail therapies I do. 

Just a medical report of my Dad makes me sleepless.  Just my Mum's cough makes me paranoid. A slight attitude of Kemp makes me flare up like nobody's business. 

I really think too much.
