Happy 11th Birthday! 

I hope you will grow up to be a sensible and responsible boy.  And of course may good health be with you always. 

Havent been an easy road teaching him.  Lots of mood swings, lots of quarrels, lots of disappointment, lots of crying, hatred.. 

Feeling abit more for him especially after his parents forget about him during this year's CNY reunion dinner.  What parents..

Come to think of it, he is like without parents.. Only grandparents and myself. Furthermore, He has to deal with my higher expectations of him.  It must not been easy for him too.  

He is learning and I am learning as well.  Hope we will all do better in this "life test".

Lion dance in the office today

 

Everytime I see lion dances,  I am reminded of my dance practices in secondary school. How we used to spend the whole afternoon of Saturdays practising dance in school.  How we used to clean up the canteen for our dance practice when the hall is occupied. 

Memories.  Secondary school days.

Sads

I missed the gathering today.  I was so so looking forward.  It is not often that we meet up.  So looking forward that I already felt anxious and excited this morning.  Till the point that my stomach acted up.  

But I was still going to go even if stomach acted up.... But then, my another old ailment had to come find me, last minute.  

Arghh!  So angry with myself! I missed the whole lot of them so much, especially Andrew.  He just got married recently.  Thought I could finally see him..... 

Sigh. 

1 month passed. Just like that.

 

Time to flip the calendar.... Again.
