Everything happens for a reason

I am following this used-to-be radio deejay on Instagram.  Read his story recently and I teared up.  

Long distance relationships - something I have tasted before in my ever boring life.  So it doesnt sound distanced at all.  

I have done and still doing the things he mentioned -  feelings of excitement and happiness when it first started, cutting all contact when the relationship ended,  hoping of reconcilliation later in life (god knows how many years later), looking as though moved on but actually, never. 

.

Facts of him moving on in life whilst I am still stuck in my stucky life really feels sucky.  I never really wanted to admit or face that so-called failure.  

But seriously, is it about whose winning or losing in life? 

Its just about him and myself. 

How much I want to keep in contact with him even as friends, even if its not often.   

How much I want to see him again after so many years.  

地瓜，你还好吗？

我想，如果有一天，我的生命走到了尽头，我的遗憾一定是没有和他保持联络。。

A step out

Finally!!!

This year is the 1st year that we are doing mid year review.  And this time, I finally took out ALL my courage and told GL that I want to take on cases. 

Finally a step out.  Finally.  But its still uncertain how things will turn out.  What case to take and whom to report to.  

Please pray hard for me.

Year End Family Trip 2018 - Taiwan

After many days of consideration (and due to my indecisiveness, airfare went up by 100 bucks per person!!), finally decided to bring them to Taiwan for this year end family trip.  

So happened that we are going Taiwan for this year teambuilding.  After extending a few days with my colleagues, I decided to extend it more with my family.  

2 weeks of leave I would need to take.  Oh man, 2 weeks!  Long time since I took 2 weeks of leave straight! Omg! 

Actually it was in my plan all along, to bring them to Taiwan after Kemp’s PSLE.  So.... lucky that I dont have to pay for my own air tickets this time round.  

Yeah! Looking forward to travelling out of Taipei! 🤣🤣

Sunday Morning

Its been a long time since I woke up so early on a Sunday morning.  

Ever since Kemp started his Sunday tuition, I have been waking up at 11am plus on Sundays.... 

Yawns... BCP drill in the office.  But yeah, MC is going back office with me! 一个好男人。

TGIF

Its Friday!  I went out with friends again! 

Went KTV again!  Lol... its been the 3rd time in 2 weeks! 

But its so tired to wake up the next morning when you sleep at 2am the previous night... Duhzzzz 

真的老了!

有一些责任，真的怎么逃避，怎么分散注意力，都还是要面对，没办法避开。

我又感觉很累了。

Weekends... Almost over

After 2 nights of going out, reaching home at about 12am plus and sleeping at around 2am plus, I finally went back to exercise today. 

Happy that I managed to pull myself out of the house.. Happy that I managed to yoga and swim (even though it was drizzling and water was freezing cold).... 

Weekends not wasted.  

Happy.  

Last week was a super busy week.  Not sure about this coming week though.  Hope it will be peaceful so that I can clear my piles of work....
