Yoga - Love Hate Relationship

Finally did yoga yesterday - last time was probably 1 year ago?  

Arms legs are aching now, doesnt feel it is mine.  

Not sleeping well these days.  Tired.  

Back to home after 1 week in the office.  Managed to pack all the red packets whilst I was in the office.  Phew.
