Exercise resumes!

Yoga on Tuesday and Badminton on Thursday.  

Feeling sore and aching now.  But overall always feels good after exercise.  

Friday night met the Guys for dinner at Gaius place.  Even went for a short shopping trip with LY.  But Suddenly my stomach acted up, hands started to feel cold and was feeling terrible.  I thought I was too hungry so quickly grabbed andt ate OCK fishball before going.  Stomach wasnt feeling good throughout, had little food for dinner.  But we caught up alot - seldom meet up with this group of friends.  But we dont feel strange whenever we meet up. 

But Gaius’s belief in his religion and his view of other people that are of not the same religion as him makes me very uncomfortable at times……

Public Holiday - Day after Vesak Day

Yesterday was Vesak Day.  Arranged to go temple with my parents.  But I woke up with stomachache, not diarrhoea but indigestion.  Thought I couldnt make it, but I felt better after my morning medicine and hence, made my way to the temple afterall.  

Today is Monday, day after Vesak Day - public holiday. Woke up, ate my Mac breakfast and cleaned my parents’ bedroom. I do a deep clean every 6 months, supposed to do in early May (during the 4 days long weekend) but I was lazy and so dragged to today. 

Finally done.  I am glad I woke up and did what I was supposed to do.  No procrastination. 

3 months till the next PH. No plans for travel etc and so, its work and work. 

Also intend to resume my exercise regime.  Been slacking since end Feb. 

Suddenly… I have a place that I want to go

Came across this in FB today.  

Very nice and pretty.  And all of a sudden, I have a place that I want to go.  

A short walk after work today.

Sort of exercise after a long while…. 

Long time since I exercised…. 

Happy Mother’s Day

Throwback to Sunday.  Small small celebration for my Mum.  Teabreak was carbonara and Ice cream from Swensens. 

Decided to go out on a Sunday after a few weeks of slacking at home.  Just went around at IMM and also managed to buy a ring from Swaroski for her.  

Nothing much, from your unfilial daughter who always throw tantrum and scold you very harshly.  I am not a good daughter.

4 days of rest, coming to an end tmr.  

Doing nothing, just lying around in the house.  Weather’s hot these days, so sweating at home… 

Been super moody.  Not talking at home, no mood for anything etc. Complaining to myself that I am alone, nobody know that I am upset, nobody dare to ask after me when I am upset (I look damn fierce when I dont smile) and hence nobody dare to come near me.  

Talking to myself.  Nobody to talk to anyway. Haiz.
