Surprised that Ber called me yesterday.  His team is actually looking for someone and he called to make sure I read his email... 

Actually morale is really low now with so many people leaving our department.  I am happy at the thought of working under Ber and TL again. But then the thought of having to write and speak in Chinese.... I really have lack of confidence in that.... 

12 years in the same department... I know its long enough.  

I cannot discuss this with my friends in the same department... I cannot discuss with my boss... Friends, they may not understand the job scope and etc.  I dunno who to discuss this with... The worst thing, I dunno what I want and I dont have any confidence.
