Headache now... And still pain in my lower back.

Dunno why pain in my lower back... But I know why headache... Not sleeping well these days... Keep having dreams. Sometimes I remember the dreams but in bits and pieces.. Sometimes I dont remember the dreams.

Its bad... To have bad sleeps.
